Migrating Birds (Germany) - trailer

Following birds which migrate through Germany, the film crew also migrate to all points of the compass including Russia, Italy, Spain, and Africa. (10 countries in total) All aerials were shot with helicopter-mounted cameras: skilled operators with long-lenses were able to get close-ups of the birds (without disturbing them) as well as the wide scenic shots. Two 45mins documentaries (TerraX) and one 90min film (ARTE) were edited together from footage shot.
